Santa left her a letter saying that one of his new elves had mislaid it and that he'd get it to her over the coming week (delivery was estimated to be between 23rd & 30th December). Well it still hasn't arrived 
I've followed the tracking contacts the seller and it turns out it was sent from the US (I'm in Ireland, ordered on amazon UK, and had no idea that it would be coming from the US). It shows that it arrived in Ireland and was dispatched to me on the 26th. I'm so upset. She's been checking and asking every day, and is upset that Santa didn't keep his word.
I can't find it in any shops here so just wondering if mn can help - maybe it's in UK shops? If anyone could help I'd be so grateful!
