Stupid thing but winds me up, our recycling gets collected early so a lot of people put it out the night before which is of course is fine but one house by us will put them out the morning before that before they go to work, I can understand that if they were out all that day and got home very late but they are not one of them is back in the afternoon.

So it means on a windy day like today the paper is blowing all over the road as they always have so much in there where the lid is not on and never think to place it where its out the wind or put something on it to weight it down. It would be obvious to a stupid person in stupid town that at the first gust its gone and the contents going all over but to them nope its not obvious. I've even seen one of them come home and just balance the lid back on for it to blow off as soon as they walked in the house. They say its the little things that drive you mad!!

I’ve no idea but my idiot neighbour does it too! Bins are collected on Friday. On Wednesday evening he wheels his bin 10ft forward from its normal parking spot to the boundary between his parking space and mine and leave it there until Thursday evening Confused then he brings it out the front for collection the next day. Once collected he will leave it blocking the footpath out the front until the next sodding Wednesday!!

Our bin men come about 6.30am, so you have to put them out the night before really. Which led to them all blowing over and leaving over a fortnights worth of Christmas recycling blowing around the neighbourhood. Yay.

(Not ours, we carefully didn't and put it out very early the next day having seen the forecast)

We have to bring our recycling bins through the house cause they won't collect them from the back and they come bang on 7 every time so some always blow over cause my street is like a wind tunnel and people have stolen my recycling lids a number of times now Angry
