If you are classed as releif yet work a full week but don't get paid holidays and don't have a contract as such, are you still required to give notice should you wish to leave? Context: midday lunchtime assistant at a primary school. Started doing odd days and now do a full week. Have to fill out monthly time sheets. My own business has started to take off so don't have the time to go back and not sure if I have to work a notice period or not.
