So a little bit of background info, been with my dp 7month moved into his flat after 4 months. He lives in an upstairs flat the people downstairs have young dc so we try to keep things quiet but I work shifts at works some alarm goes off every other week at 4am. I've tried to be friendly but am being ignored (no skin off my nose). I've just recently been told that just after my dp moved in to his flat the woman of the family tried it on with him and he said no she was OK and still friendly with him, well since I've moved in they have become not nice at all slamming doors, screaming, shouting they also complained about the dog barking which we apologised over and are sorting it out, right the thing is we are having a very small party tonight it's my parents and dc plus my dpd, we sent them a message explaining this and got back a message saying "well if you wake the kids there will be trouble" I'm now wondering if I should just think chuff it and start making a log of all the noise and stuff from them or hope they get bored and stop
