To want to sue apple (Light hearted *slightly*)

I brought a secondhand iphone 6 in the summer. I had no need for the lasted iphone, and my old iphone on contract had magically packed up.

My current iphone has the largest memory as I was sick of the previous ones slowing down/running out of space. A week ago my phone was absolutely fine but it started to play up a little so I downloaded the update.

Wah, now nothing seems to open, it's seriously lagging when it is working. Random apps are popping up, there's about a 30 second delay to write something if the app stays open etc etc. Bloody nuisance as I'm currently whatsapping a new friend and i'm not able to tell her to email me instead. I think she's going to think i've lost interest.

Anyho, I saw on the news the other day that apple has admitted that they do 'slow' down older iphones to 'preserve battery'. It's out of it's warranty but I feel like it's criminal how phones seem to break at the two year mark for no apparent reason. It's like buying a dining room table and the furniture maker coming over to break a leg as it's over two years old.

Go to a local iphone repair shop and get them to replace the battery (costs 20-30 quid). This is what Apple has offered various big name companies who use their handsets, but I don’t have any hope of them offering it to individuals. It will speed up your phone again.
