Do you set New Years resolutions?

I do it every year and buy the end of January most are forgotten. Yet I do it anyway because I find it exciting.

I don’t set New Year’s resolutions. If I want to do something differently I don’t wait for an arbitrary date. And I don’t find the most miserable part of the year conducive to setting new habits.
