Waiting for a Loyle Carner order

Posting here for traffic. And because I'm fuming. And to warn others. Ordered DS's present from the Loyle Carner online store on December 10th. Was a pre-order due to be released and dispatched on 15 December.

Since then, nothing. No contact from them. Order shows as 'pending'. I have emailed customer services 3 days ago - no reply. No phone number on website.

Do not order anything from the Loyle Carner store, or any other online stores operated by Universal Music Direct Limited aka UMDL.

Anyone else had a similar issue?

Interesting - maybe a year ago I pre-ordered DD a signed copy of his album and a t shirt and both came fine. But that was a while ago and before his album was even out so the store/stock probably had a fraction of the amount of orders to deal with.

Yes, I tweeted yesterday, no response. Have just tried again. Not expecting anything though.
