I have a DM 2 siblings and an adult niece and nephew. We are all close. They are a plane ride away. This year unusually I’m not seeing them over Xmas/NY. I sent cards and gift to all arriving over a week ago. Last postal day today and not so much as a card much less a gift. It’s not like I’m less busy. I’ve a senior management job and due to a secondment had to manage 2 jobs in 2 organisations in December as well as travel to Another continent. I’m hurt they are so thoughtless and disorganised.
On the positive side I’m not alone DD is back from uni and DP and PIL will be staying too. But ffs still pissed off
