Feeling a bit low. Lately it's been crap at work. I transferred myself to this new branch almost 3 months ago, so fairly new. I don't particularly like management or workmates. And they don't seem to love me either. Problem is: I go stressed every day at work and come back angry AND stressed.
Now, I have 6 days off for Christmas and I can disconnect. I just over-think work, colleagues, everything.
How do you disconnect from work completely and get rid of anxiety?
