Wednesday of last week, I put in a repeat prescription request for a medicine that I will run out of on Christmas Day. I did it the proper way, giving plenty of notice.
Tuesday of this week, I get a text telling me that my medicine will be ready to collect on the following day.
Today I went to collect my medicine. It comes in two parts and they only have half of it! But that's ok because they'll order it and it will come in tomorrow. 
So why didn't they order the missing bit immediately? Why did they wait until I made the wasted trip to pick it up? Why did they message me to tell me that it was ready, when it wasn't? And what if it doesn't arrive tomorrow?
Grrrrrr!
