What to expect from cleaner?

So I have a cleaner for two hours a week, this week I asked her to concentrate on downstairs only ready for Christmas. Downstairs is one small loo, kitchen, sitting room/diner and a tiny hall. Wood and stone tile floors with one rug.

What's been clearly done:
-floors swept and mopped
-rug vacuumed
-sofa cushions removed and vacuumed under
-kitchen surfaces wiped
-loo cleaned
-ash removed from fire hearth
-sideboard and small table wiped over.

What hasn't been done:
-sticky handprints on glass of back door
-hob not cleaned
-table not wiped
-cobwebs not dusted

What do you expect a cleaner to get done in two hours? In two hours I could make downstairs immaculate and probably start on upstairs too.

This is my first time having a cleaner and I just feel a bit disappointed that not much seems to actually get done in two hours compared to what I can achieve.

A table and a hob seem like fairly basic things to do?

Please help manage my expectations!

Mine would have finished that first list off in an hour. She's taking the piss.

I agree 2 hours in that space she leave it all looking shiny.

I started having a cleaner in April and have 2 hours a week. For the first 4 weeks they deep cleaned an area I.e kitchen and dining room 1 week, then lounge hall and stairs week 2. Only once all the house had been done could they maintain it on a weekly clean.
Even saying that I would expect finger prints to be clEaned off glass In the circumstances you've described. I asked my cleAner what was achievable in 2 hours do I didn't have incorrect expectations. Maybe you could do this or leave her a note and say what you would like doing in the 2 hrs next time?
