I’ve been making bits and pieces for over Christmas, and make some vanilla fudge today.
Think I may have heated it too high, or did something wrong when beating it, as I’ve just tried it and the texture is all wrong- it tastes good, but it’s way too chewy to be called fudge. I have loads left to do before Christmas and cba to start again, so wibu to say fuck it, stick some in some pretty wrappers and call them toffees?
