To be fed up with these cleaners.

We live in a house converted into four flats.
One neighbour has left without telling them and therefore there is no electricity to the property.

They have cleaners in to sort out the flat. Because of the set up (hard to explain) and the flat they are cleaning having no electric they are using my lights in my part of the hall way and my socket which is on the wall outside my flat door not near the empty flat to power everything. They know this socket is run off mine as I've heard them say use the other flats. I thought this was only for one short thing so didn't bother initially.

Might sound petty with the lights but they are leaving them on all day (and all week last week) and leaving the main front door open for hours each day so our flat is freezing!

They also traipsed mud through yesterday in the communal hallway.

AIBU to say something to the landlord?

Of course YANBU - they are stealing from you, electricity costs money, after all! Definitely speak to the ll, they either need to sort out the electric in the empty flat or come to an agreement with you about paying for your electric that they use.

If it’s going to cost you money on your electric I’d definitely say something and maybe take some pictures of them using your socket if you can.
