DSD is 25. She moved in with us approx 4 months ago after her mum kicked her out (separate story there)

Anyway she has been hanging out with a group of girls drinking and we suspect taking drugs as we have found wraps in her car although she insists it's the other girls she drives round and wouldn't touch them.

These girls are a couple of years younger than DSD and don't drive. They will constantly ring her and ask her for lifts to places etc. She will frequently go drinking at one of the girls houses and stay over etc.

They never offer her any petrol money and money has gone missing from our house which DSD has admitted to taking and has spent on alcohol and Christmas presents which have now been returned.

AIBU to think they take advantage of her?

Unless there are any SEN you aren't telling us about OP, 25 is old enough to take responsibility for her own actions.

No, she is taking advantage of you.

Unless there is a massive drip to come, it doesn;t sound like it.
She's taking you for a mug though.

She may be doing whatever in order to keep them as friends, but she is not a child and is responsible for her own stupid actions. Taking money from you is totally unacceptable and I would not give her a second chance. The drugs would also be an absolute no for me. I don't believe for one minute that she's not taking them.
