Controlled parking where I live is MAD!!!

I've got off a ticket because I don't, repeat, don't abuse or threaten traffic wardens. What's going on? If you do threaten traffic wardens, you don't get a ticket either. Who thought this one up?

Our area's going controlled.

AND the council is refusing to grant new developments permission for car parks.

In an attempt to force everyone to use the new, expensive trams going in.

Luckily, we're moving away.

The less cars around the better IMHO.
