I can't do this anymore

In tears again,
Both kids are ill we've had illness in the house for weeks Dh out of action for a fortnight so I was nursing him and looking after dc now both kids have scarlet fever constant crying, whinging, won't have medicine, diarrhoea.
I'm done I'm so tired and fed up. It's just so hard

Is there anyone who could come to help for a bit? Like a mother's help if you don't have friends or family nearby who can assist? At least if you could have a bit of help with cleaning or cooking it might take some weight off you. I guess you'd have to be upfront about the kids being sick though, in case it put anyone off.

My dm could help but tbh creates more work for me. Friends all at work or looking after own dc.
Dh has said he'd do his best to come back st lunchtime.
I'm just fed up being pawed, shouted at, watching Thomas tank engine for the millionth time, kids arguing etc being stuck in this house again
