Panel interview AIBU

Got a panel interview tomorrow for a job. It'll be with three interviewers altogether. I've only ever had interviews so far with up to two interviewers - any tips for a panel interview please?

Thanks :)

Answer the person who asked the question

Why 'AIBU'?

Be yourself

I guess AIBU for the traffic.

Yes, answer the person who asked the question but do include the other interviewers.

The difference between 2 and 3 interviewers is minimal. What you need to do is practice interviewing and be prepared. Practice. In my experience, it's easy to predict interview questions.

Take your time before answering. 20 seconds to plan an answer can seem like a lifetime but it isn't and it's better to collect your thoughts and give an coherent answer that really sells you.

Know your CV inside out and be ready to justify and claims made in it or the cover letter.

Good luck.

Super hero pose before you go in (in the toilets lol)
Take a few deep breaths and some water, and justvsnswer the questions. Don't be afraid to say 'sorry what was the question?' - loads of people forget whilst they're mid answer, just do you answer fully

My last interview had 9 panel members by the way lol 😆
