Is it just me,or are people becoming more and more ill-mannered and confrontational these days? Just a couple of examples that have happened to me today:- I had been standing at the bus stop for 10 minutes. The bus pulls up,and a woman suddenly appeared at my side and went to step in front of me. I stopped and as she got on she turned to me and said 'Sorry, did I push in?' in a very snidey,unapologetic tone of voice and then went off muttering under her breath. Then later on,while I was queueing in a coffee shop,a bloke walked past me with a large holdall slung over his shoulder which whacked me round the side of my head as he walked past. I merely said 'Ow' to which he turned round and glared at me and said 'What's your fucking problem?'. I don't remember people behaving like this say,10 or even 5 years ago,especially if THEY are the ones in the wrong! Or am I just unlucky?
