Dd and her friend go to the same preschool.

The friend's mother has planned a birthday lunch for her at the time when preschool is on, just dd and the friend and another little girl.

I keep thinking couldn't she have planned something outside preschool hours?

maybe she thought it was the best time as you are all around at that time?

if you drop her off and go at prescgool then you can always tell the mu that its fine, however you cant stay all the time?

maybe she didn t think of PS at the time.

i wouldnt worry about dd missing anything, i take the boys out for hols, days out etc and they r at ps.

Hiya

TBH i wouldn't mind. It's a one off and i am sure your dd will have a great time.Maybe the friends mum couldn't do it any other time?

I ahve alway done birthdays outwith nursery/school but i would let my dc go as long as there wasn't exams etc on.

Don't stress about it,lifes too short.

it is odd to do it whilst preschool is in session but I guess she has her own reasons.

still odd IMO
