To go to Playgroup this morning

Its -1 outside no snow luckily but bit of ice. Playgroup starts at 9.15 if we go need to get ready soon. We walk there up a massive bloody hillwell i do the children are in a pram dd6months ds2.

Will it be harder to entertain at home?! I think go out for the morning then home for hot choc/nap/movie

We have toddler group, too, up a massive hill. I want to get out as DS hasn't been out since Friday but don't relish idea of falling on ice. Praying it will be warmer and less icy to go out tomorrow.
One more day at home won't do him any harm. The last time we had snow, the pavements were terrible and I was sliding everywhere with the pushchair. That experience has really put me off!

Was a lovely morning nice and quiet. Now enjoying a hot turkey stuffing bap in morrisons. Then attempt to do some shopping. Then home for hot baths then chocolate christmas films in the early evening.

Channel your inner "old lady" and get a pair of those grippy things that you slip on to the soles of your shoes. They really do work. Then stay at home but use the grips when you put the rubbish out ;-)

We have just got the now tv movie pass so will have a look on sky movie channels oooooo just checked beauty and the beast enchanted christmas is on at 3pm.
