Career change

Hi,
I'm posting for traffic.

I'm desperate to change career, but am a lone parent to three children with no qualifications and bad credit rating.

I currently work in child care (self employed). But I'd like to retrain. Do you know if I'd be entitled to any discounts for courses (NVQ etc)?

I'm still not sure what exactly I'd like to do!

Yes. You would get funding, but it depends what you want to do. My mum did uni as a lone parent a few years back and was better off than when she'd been in work. Then she got a graduate job and has never looked back.
