To ask about my washing machine

Does anyone know why it's only washing half of the clothes I put in it? Some come out half wet half still dry. Not overloaded.

Maybe only half the water inlets are working or something? Probably a google job or you'll have to get someone out 😬

Is the drum turning? If it's completing the cycle all the clothes should be equally wet.

Is there a kink in the water pipe stopping the machine filling properly?

The only way some clothes could stay dry is if the drum isn't rotating.
