I brought a coat from top shop in the sale 55 pounds. The cuffs have belts round them with a big buckle. The buckle keeps coming un done and falling off. This happened a few times on the first day I assumed it wasn’t done up tightly. Boyfriend picked one up in the supermarket and asked me if it was mine. The next day I re tightened the buckles made sure it was done up properly and went on with my day. turns out it had fallen off checked my steps back but it’s gone aibu to complain.
