Back pain

Didn't know where else to post this sorry!!

Over the weekend i had a bad tummy ache and back ache and put it down to a bug.

The tummy ache wore off but every time i eat since this i get intense back pain whixh wears off to a dull ache over time.

Has anyone else had this? Do you think it's just the tail end of the bug?

It could be gallstones. Is it a colicky pain? Is it worse after fatty food?

I had toast for breakfast was fine. Had a sandwhich for lunch and cold meat, wedges and salad for dinner and it hurt after both lunch and dinner. Starts at my lower back then goes up my spine

Does your back hurt when you move around? Bend,twist, lean back etc? If not it suggests a non-muscle or join cause. I’m a chiropractor not a medic but with that history and especially if I couldn’t reproduce your pain on examination, I’d recommend you see your GP.

Thanks for your reply. No movement doesn't really change the pain. I will call the doctor for an appointment in the morning
