Hello! At work today now in an agency all on my own. In their defense, I only work Sundays like once a year, but still pissed off as we can't do pretty much anything here and loads of crazy people come in demanding stuff we can't do

I am, I've opened my coffee shop for a few hours for a birthday party, a little extra income for not much extra work so win win. Will be baking into the night tonight though to make up for it...

I work every weekend in my local small supermarket

7-2 on Saturdays and 8-2 on Sundays

I only get a weekend off if I'm on holiday, otherwise not had a weekend off for over two years

Every Sunday, clean up, cook roast, everyone has a bath and settles down nice and full and comfy in pj's, I put baby to bed...and then go out in the cold and dark to work the night (not in a lady of the night way, nothing that exciting!). Makes me huff every week. Split shifts every Saturday too. Weekends are fun here

Me, albeit at home, so perhaps can't complain too much. But I've worked most weekends all fucking year recently so am slightly tired of it and can't wait for my holidays!

Yep and not getting paid for it either, doing some documents that absolutely have to be done before Monday

Guess it's my own fault for daring to take annual leave on Thursday and my actual unpaid day on Friday and expecting that to mean "leave" not "take 3 conference calls regardless and then work the weekend to make up.

Not glad to hear others have a shit sunday too. However I just bought myself a ham and cheese croissant and it's lovely and creamy. 2,5 hours to go and then 5 days until the weekend. Sounds great 😂😂😂 I actually offered to work today as someone will have to work boxing day and sure as hell that won't be me.
