Does anyone know how to help me with a Google Spreadsheet please?

I'm not very tech savvy and I'm helping with something...the person I'm doing it for isn't contactable.

I'm working on a Google spreadsheet and adding more information into sections which she's classified into sections...but each section has no more space to add more...so no extra cells at the bottom.

How to insert more cells? I tried right clicking and moving things down but that just resulted in the titles for each section getting messed up as those areas are highlighted and the bottom row moves into the highlighted bit!

If you've followed my crap description this far...THANK YOU...can you help please?

Go to the bottom of the relevant section. And then insert more rows. You should be able to do that from the first menu at the top.

Thanks News....when I go to the menu at the top and click insert..it gives me choices...

row above
Row below
Cells and shift down
Cells and shift right

And more....do you know which to choose?

Row below

Insert>add row above or below as desired. If you make a mistake, just press the backwards circle arrow top left.

Enter cursor into the lowest row
Right click
Enter new row ?
