Sock puppeting is when someone makes a false extra profile and username to make it look as if someone else is agreeing with them when actually it's still the same person.

TERF stands for trans-exclusionary radical feminist. Typical use is as an insult from a TRA (trans rights activist) to someone who doesn't buy "a woman is anyone who says they're a woman" stuff, but sometimes claimed by gender-critical feminists as a positive term.

I had only got to about page 8 but I wish the thread had been locked but left to stand. The OP was showing his colours very clearly but he can now wander off and moan elsewhere about how terrible it is that MN are such TERFs they will delete people who disagree with them. Deleting threads like that allow TRAs to misrepresent what has been said.
