In September my husband and his brother pooled together to buy their father a meal on Groupon. My in laws put off going for various reasons and when they tried to book this week were told the restaurant is closing on Monday and they can't make it before then. The voucher is valid until the end of the month, I have already spent 20 mins asking Groupon for a refund and am waiting to hear back.
I'm the one dealing with it as I bought it in my account.
My MIL just asked me not to give her the refund but use the money for another gift. AIBU to just give my inlaws the money and telling them to book their own meal, I'm worried the same will happen again and I'll be the one left dealing with it again!
