3 of my dc attend the same school. Youngest in nursery, older ones year 4+6.. School photos just been done and proofs returned for inspection!!
Obviously want the first school pic of ds, and the dd is leaving this year so she wants hers which is a class one. Ds year 4 is just him on the photo.
So older 2 pics are £9.00 each (7x10) without the cardboard 'frame'.
Nursery photo is bloody £16.00!! Same size, same naff cardboard surround - from the same company!!
Even the school secretary cannot understand this!!
She directed dh to ring the company who suggest we either buy the magnet insert pic 6x4 size for £8 or effectively suck it up and pay!!
They squeezing the hearts (and purses) of dps who want the 'first school pics' aren't they??

Tell me about it!

DD had photo done at pre school (she will be 3 in feb) and i had DS with me (9 months old) so she asked if i wanted photo of him as well and she did a photo of them together.

The absolutely cheapest way to get the photos was to pay £72 to put the 3 pics on a disc!
