Neighbour's Rubbish!

So every week neighbour puts his recycling out in boxes, no lids. Our local council provides velcro sacks so no idea why he uses boxes!

Anyway, yesterday I get home and yet again all of neighbour's recycling and has been blown into our drive. A lot of it! It's happened at least 10 times now and I'm getting really fed up of it! It's disgusting, sometimes it's not just recycling, but rubbish from a bin bag Angry

WIBU to ask neighbour to clean his shit of my (politely) and suggest he gets the free sacks the council provide?

No I'm surprised you didn't say anything after the second time either.

It's just awkward and I hate being 'that' person. It sounds stupid but I'm really small and feel like they wouldn't take me seriously! But I should of said something sooner.

What I don't understand is that they can see their mess all over my Drive but don't think to pick it up or apologise? If it were me I'd be morofitied!

Someone across the road is the same. Has parcels delivered daily and just leaves the packaging on their drive. There is now a stream of paper wrapped up the tree outside my house. It is annoying but I cannot go and remove it due to recovering from surgery.
