I know you can’t give me the answers, but I am panicked beyond believe - anxiety levels are through the roof and I am just not coping.

I hope you will try and understand, it will seem silly to most.

I am emetophobic and my DD (19 months) was sick in the night last night, numerous times and she was sick several times through the morning. But afternoon she had perked up, was playing , laughing, wanting food etc (we were careful what to give her of course)

I just am stressing about her being ill again tonight (last time she was ill she was much younger but it lasted for 5 days!) and tomorrow and me and DP getting sick. I just can’t cope.

DP and I are meant to be going away Saturday night too (Mum was having DD) but I am just not sure how this can happen if we are all ill still.

Sorry - I know there is not any answers, I just wanted to write it down and relieve some anxiety I guess.

I'm sorry to hear this littlepippin
Sounds very tough.
No words of advice but Flowers for support. Hope everyone feels better soon

Hopefully if she’s not been sick all afternoon she should be ok tonight. Perhaps put a towel by her bed in case she’s sick but sounds like she should be fine. I buy the homeopathic remedy called ARSEN ALB I love it when the kids are sick, we all take it. I think it works for sickness bugs.
I hope she’s ok and you get a night away Smile

Thank you both so much. Your words helped me so much last night. I will look into Arsen Alb, I was also reading that daily black grape juice and apple cider vinegar can also help prevent bugs.
