This is really stressing me out but is my partner allowed to leave his things at my home?

We don't live together, per se. He stays here a few nights and then stays at home with his parents.

He's got his computer here and few other bits and bats he couldn't take to his parent's and couldn't afford to put them in storage. (He didn't really wanna leave a 2k comp in storage) my question is, do I need to tell my landlord?

My tenancy agreement states nobody can stay over three weeks, which he doesn't do. I have periodic checks and I'm worried that having my partners things here will imply he lives here.

I work full time but do have help with regards to child care. I feel annoyed as I feel like he's put me in an awkward position.

Confused

I think you are worrying over nothing.

Even if your landlord did come round, how would he know that the computer (and the other stuff) didn't belong to you?

As @Mickey said it could be your computer.

You are worrying over nothing.

If you don't want your partners stuff in your house tell him!

Tell him he needs to take his stuff and is never to leave anything at yours. Problem solved.
