We need a new back door with a cat flap, find a company online phone them and order, arrange a 'survey' for last Tuesday at 5pm. Surveyor will come, measure up take cat flap back for the fabricator to fit it in the nice shiny new door - brilliant!
So I leave work early on Tuesday and get my backside home in time for the appointment. Nobody shows up, nobody answering the phone in the office because it's after 5 and no response to a message on their FB page. Expected a phone call Wednesday with their excuse but Nada, heard nothing all week. Just had a phone call from them 'hello Mrs Travis the fitters are there with your door but no-one is home?!' 
They are crackers aren't they? The woman in the office sounded most put out when I said this wasn't the level of service we expected and no thank you very much we wouldn't be having their door fitted today!
