To use my oven with paint peeling off at the bottom?

Just been cleaning my oven. I have noticed that the paint (is it enamel paint?) is cracking and coming off on the bottom of the oven. Is it stupid to keep using the oven? I can’t really find any answers online except people asking how to repair it which is making me think that maybe it shouldn’t be used?

I'm going to stab a guess and say its safe, because think how many people would have been poisoned, and how many would damage the paint and sue them for a new oven if it wasn't.

Is it on the inside? You can get oven liners which might keep it from getting too much worse
