To ask for tips Work for a small business where receptionist has to book clients into 2 books ie for me and someone else I’ve been there a couple of months but receptionist still booking into wrong book by mistake and on wrong day etc The client is definitely asking to see me Any tips on how to stop people making simple mistakes I’m sure it’s not deliberate but she’s not being careful.
