AIBU to think this is a lot???

Price to flush the heating system of a 3 bedroomed modern (20year old house). £400. Has anyone else had theirs done recently? I suppose it’s cheaper than a new boiler but crikey!!!

We had this in our 3 bed, modern (7 or 8 yo) house last year and it was £375. Some people wanted £500 or £600! Not sure if that’s typical though or if we were unlucky.

What we paid very recently for a four bed.

And boiler now needs replacing anyway
