www.independent.co.uk/news/science/vegetarians-are-less-healthy-and-have-a-lower-quality-of-life-than-meat-eaters-scientists-say-9236340.html

Feeling a bit nervous about this. Posted on a recent veggie thread about a grandma giving a child meat, which turned into quite the bun fight, and have been thinking about it occasionally since.
I find it really interesting that despite living a healthier lifestyle and having a lower BMI, that outcome was still worse.
DH and family are veggies. I’m wondering whether to bully DH into taking over he counter b12 now 😂

It's not a click link so I'll just gibe my thoughts which may or may not be relevant or of any use Grin

I think there are so many variables it's impossible to know for sure

I don't think any article will every really give the truth when said truth could mean the decline of extremely important country finance and heritage.

It's also impossible to know whether the person tested would be better off eating meat or not.

You can eat well or eat shit on any diet.

One article which may or may not be of a decent quality doesn't mean that all vegetarians are unhealthy. There are plenty of (good quality) studies that show the opposite. Also what Giles says is very true.
