Basically I ordered a table.
I didn't get confirmation I called they said it's out of stock don't know when it's coming I said ok cancel it I need it asap I'll buy elsewhere.
Two days later someone knocked on door dumped a big box and legged it.
I realized it was the bloody table. I had already had one delivered an hour before !
I called asked for returns they said ok two working days we'll collect. Fine.
Heard nothing.
Called again said oh sorry we'll do another collection.
Today is the second working day called earlier and said it's defo going isn't it they said should be today should be. I left it outside my front door at 8am at 8pm still there.
I called again they said oh well book another collection I said what no your saying this everyday it's outside on my front doorstep if someone steals it your still going to ask me to cough up 140 quid .
I said I want to speak to a manager they put me on hold came back said ok we will give you a ten pound voucher.
TEN POUND VOUCHER do you think j will use them again will I f$&k !
Spoke to the escalation team
They basically have just said maybe courier will get it tomorrow maybe not

If it goes missing whilst I'm at work will I be responsible.
I'm not trying to pull a fast one or anything I don't want the item I didn't want it form when I cancelled it I'm calling everyday to make sure they are picking up their property.
It's driving me mad !
