Pelvic floor kegels

Help! Just got a kegel8 20 pelvic floor exerciser. Instructions are rubbish. ( At £180 I'd expect more tbh).
Any one no how far in you insert the glide thingy? Sorry to be gross.
Customer services just keep saying which way round it goes...arghhhh!

Dobbyandme thanks so much. Very confusing because the vaginal probe isn't as high as a tampon but didn't feel right where I had it.

Why they don't give instructions for the glide I don't know...
