Service I have used for years offering free services for people willing to volunteer their time.

So I volunteer. Only to be told new clients only. AIBU to think this isn't fair as I am willing to volunteer?

Surely you want to reward loyalty though? I have been a customer for nearly 10 years!

It's like car insurance.
You used to get a better deal by being a loyal customer.
Now they use cheap deals to tempt you in and screw over longer term customers.

If you've been with them for 10 years they know you are unlikely to change.
