I posted the other week asking if I was being unreasonable to ask for a refund for a vacum cleaner that I never received. Well I opened up a case with eBay and they have refused to give me a refund and closed my case because the seller sent them a tracking order so in their minds I received the vacum cleaner if they read it properly it says 21st October delivered to reception what reception where claridges because it hasn't been delivered to me. So now I'm left out of pocket to the tune of £23 and I haven't got my vacum cleaner. I'm pissed off that the seller gets to keep my money and I get nothing and there's noting I can do about it.
