Just thought there might be a slight similarity... maybe it's more to do with their TV personas (like the sort of character that Martin Freeman tends to play, and Dermot O'Leary's guy-next-door X Factor persona). Anyone know where I'm coming from?

They don’t look remotely alike! I confuse MF with John Simms but only because they are both boring over exposed actors. Also you said “ really similar” and then changed it to “ slight” ....you are doubting yourself now aren’t you?!
