To complain to Argos?

Paid for a wardrobe set to be delivered today, £7.95 for an all day slot and then received a text to say it will arrive between 3.30-5-30 yesterday evening, I rearranged my midwife app, got someone to pick my son up from school and yet it's still not here at 18:35??
Will complaining even get me anywhere? Anyone had anything similar ?

Worth complaining, but I imagine they will just refund delivery charge

This Happened to me, but mine didn’t turn up at all; apparently there was a mix up in the warehouse and it was out of stock but nobody thought to tell me, so left me waiting.
Rung up to complain, was told these things happen and I would get refunded. Wouldn’t give me anything as a Goodwill & got no apology either!
Prob best off slating contacting them via Social Media,

I'd complain, but argos customer services are shocking, it probably won't get you anywhere. Good luck though!! Xx

What do you think want ?? Delivery refund?

Ask them, worse case, they say no.

Item arrived at 18:50, driver said its worth complaining as its a regular occurrence, just phone them and got 10% back plus delivery refunded.
