it's a nice break but the guilt of not doing anything and seeing others do stuff makes me sad...

Well why don't you do stuff?

TinklyLittleLaugh · 04/11/2017 01:49

What's stopping you doing stuff? Disability? Money?

btfly2 · 04/11/2017 01:49

I do stuff but with no extended family or friends it can be very isolated sometimes.

Do you have a partner or kids? Who do you live with?

liminality · 04/11/2017 02:08

Oh love, lonliness is debilitating. Join a weekend club, and maybe have a chat to a doctor.
It is hard when you feel isolated, but you can carve a community for yourself. It takes time but it is so worth it. I am worried if you are sitting at home like this feeling sad, you should def seek some support formally.

Would you like to join a walking group or maybe some other weekdnd group? My cousin joined 'Ramblers. and loves it. Others like Saturdaywalkingclub
