AIBU to make phone calls to banks etc. At 8am? I’ve been up since 5.45am and want to get shit stuff done 😂

Don't most banks offer 24/7 customer service now?

StickThatInYourPipe · 31/10/2017 08:33

Mine doesn't and it's infuriating.

I wouldnt stay with a bank that doesnt have 24/7 telephone access. Anything less is unacceptable in this day and age.

MickeyLuv · 31/10/2017 09:05

I don't understand why anyone would want to phone their bank in the middle of the night. Unless it was to report fraud/lost/stolen cards obviously. Most things can be done via online banking surely?

DaisyRaine90 · 31/10/2017 10:53

Can’t be done by online banking. They say it’s 24/7 but then when you get through all the details and everything they say ring back at 9 when they open 😂

Spoke to them now.

I had sent and replied to almost all my emails by 8.30am today. I like to get it al done in he morning while the baby naps.

Shame that I couldn’t do the phone calls. Because of the time change it feels even later by 9am 😂

Change to First Direct.
All your issues will be solved.

Shakey15000 · 31/10/2017 11:44

@MickeyLuv night shift workers. Smile

DaisyRaine90 · 31/10/2017 16:12

I’m sure changing to first direct would not solve all my problems. I wish there was anything that could except winning the euro millions 😂
