Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to do well in e-tray exercises used for job applications please? (Would be a bonus if anyone has any advice or experience related to the Civil Service Fast Stream e-trays please :) )

There is quite a bit online generally about them - have you tried the grad forums like student room?

If you go to The Student Room, there's loads of discussion threads, including an annual one on civil service fast stream.

A while since I did it, but I found best to skim read all the initial information so you know where to look when the emails start coming in. Pay attention to numbers (whether costs, stats etc) as they will inevitably guide some of your answers. Work relatively quickly - some emails will only come in once you've answered the previous, so don't save any until the end.

There are some practice ones online, worth a search!
