To be surprised that there are adverts for Rizla fag papers all over the local bus shelters?

Ads for cigs are illegal.So why can Rizla advertise - their only purpose that I know of is rolling baccy of one kind or another . I'm considering complaining to the ASA. AIBU?

As a previous purchaser of Rizla at the tender age of 13 I can say there is another use, oboists use them.

However I am SURE they are not trying to advertise to any woodwind players on a bus shelter!!!!

You can play "the rizla game" with them. Write the name of someone famous and stick it on the next person's forehead. They then can't see who they "are" but everyone else can and you take turns to ask yes/no questions about your character (am I male? am I alive? am I a singer? etc) until everyone's worked out who they are.
