Can you be a bit more specific about what you’re trying to achieve?

ComingUpTrumps · 23/10/2017 22:44

I'm not entirely sure at the moment about what I want to achieve really Blush this probably sounds really vague, but I think I just want to feel motivated enough to get a reasonable amount of tasks ticked off from my to-do list each day.

Ah, I would say that your problem then!

Set some goals, break down how to achieve them, then get up and do them!

Cross each mini-achievement off your list as you go to stay motivated. I find with really huge tasks that are hanging over me, breaking them down into tiny tasks really helps - ask yourself ‘right, so what do I need to do to achieve that task as soon as I get out of my chair?’

Thanks so much @LonginesPrime - that's really helpful advice :)

Right before bed, take a few minutes to not down all of the things you need to accomplish and want to accomplish the following day. When you wake up, give it a quick read and decide which "need" you are going to tackle first. I do this and it helps get my mind set.
