To be annoyed at the Wheelie bin cleaners

Last year we signed up to get our wheelie bin washed and deodrised every 2 weeks. We did it becasue at the time i was CM'ing a 3.5year old, a 2year old and a 18mth old, all in nappies and 2 dogs,so the bin was a bit smelly.
Anyway the last two times they were due they never came - not just to me but the whole area, no explanation, they just never turned up. They should have next came on 17th April, but they came on 10th April while we were still away.
Today I got through the post a letter from them with an envelope, saying
"This payment is now overdue, please put a cheque in this envelope and return to us immediately, failure to do so will result in your bin not being cleaned"
I am really annoyed, usually they come and collect payment either after they have done the job, or in the evening. If they miss you, then you just pay double next time.

Sack 'em. They're taking the micky and just line your wheelie bins with one of those huge black bags to keep it clean.
