Currently getting architect plans drawn up and will get quotes after that but trying to get a ballpark figure.
It's a fairly small extension (3x3m) with no plumbing etc - literally an extension of the living room.
I there is a rough 'per meter' estimate but assume this is a starting point and could be much more
Is it something you can live through or would we need to consider moving out? Kitchen will also be being worked on so out of action for a week or two (but could survive with microwave and toaster in hall if necessary)
